Who we are
Allstreet Coffee is a mobile ordering platform for independent coffee shops, based in Los Angeles, California. We operate the website at allstreetcoffee.com and are building the Allstreet Coffee App and shop platform, launching in LA in mid 2026. Questions? Email hello@allstreetcoffee.com.
What we collect
We only collect information you give us directly — your email address when you join the waitlist or contact us, your name if you include it in a contact form, anything you write in a feedback or contact submission, and shop details if you're a café owner reaching out about the platform.
We do not collect payment information, location data, or any data from a mobile app at this stage because the app is not yet live.
How we use it
We use your information to send you one notification when we launch in your city, respond to questions and feedback you've sent us, and follow up with coffee shops that have expressed interest in the platform. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not run ads.
Email communications
If you joined our waitlist, you'll receive one email when we launch in your city. That's it. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying and asking to be removed.
How we store it
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our hosting provider. We retain your information only as long as it's relevant — waitlist signups are deleted after we've sent the launch notification.
Cookies and tracking
Our website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics tools. Basic server logs may be retained by Netlify as part of standard hosting.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have, correct anything wrong, or delete your information entirely. Email hello@allstreetcoffee.com.
Children
Our site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
This policy will be updated as the platform grows, particularly once the app launches. The effective date at the top reflects the last update.
